Let Hoe Building Materials was established in 1982, and the business has remained in the Wong family for close to 40 years. Our heritage in the manufactured wood business originated from the 1940s in Shanghai, where our forefathers traded in building materials from China to Southeast Asia.
Our Quality
Over the years, Let Hoe has remained a boutique stockist of the finest wood panels and veneers to construction, furniture, interior design and MICE industries in Singapore and the region. We started our business trading only in plywood and timber. However, in the 1990s, we organically developed a specialisation in importing the best quality natural veneers from around the world. Because our customer’s projects are important to us, we work only with the most experienced wood manufacturers and take utmost pride in the quality of our products. We stock a curated list of more than 100 different species of veneers, sourced only from Green Label and FSC certified manufacturers.
